Because I knew you, I have been changed… for good.

Hillel San Diego Connections

Yesterday, we launched our Jewish Networking Hub, which links current Hillel students with Jewish alumni looking to mentor and support the careers of our future leaders.

In partnership with Alums for Campus Fairness, our launch registered over 130 students and nearly 60 alumni for a night of career networking and community building. It was AMAZING!

This is what Hillel of San Diego does– providing opportunities that empower Jewish students to continue connecting to Jewish life and community long after they get their diploma. These intentionally cultivated relationships have the potential to change students’ lives.

Hillel San Diego

I want to highlight a Hillel connection. Last year, we connected one of our students, Noah, who is deeply interested in medicine, to Dr. Franklin Gaylis, a community leader and renowned urologist. This year, they presented at a national conference together, and Noah won second prize for his poster on urology. These are the connections your Hillel makes because of your investment in Hillel.

Hillel Connections

Hillel of San Diego empowers students to become leaders on campus and in our community. Your investment in Hillel of San Diego is critical to that and makes possible programs like the one we hosted last night, where over 130 students were connected to meaningful mentorship opportunities.

If you already gave this year, you helped make this event possible. THANK YOU!! If you want to make sure programs like our Networking Hub continue, your gift right now is getting matched dollar for dollar through Giving Tuesday!

Thanks for being a part of this special community and for investing in our next generation.

Shabbat Shalom, Karen
