Before 12/31, Meet The Presidents’ Challenge

Emily & Chris Jennewein

It has been a joy to be involved with Hillel of San Diego since my own kids went off to college on the East Coast 14 years ago.

Our Hillel is a welcoming, vibrant home for San Diego’s college students, making our huge campuses feel like small, close-knit communities. I’ve loved watching our Hillel students create and experience the joy of Jewish life, pursue social justice inspired by Jewish values, form lasting friendships, and connect with Israel.

I’m proud to support Hillel again this year, my first year off the board of directors. I’m grateful to join our current and past board presidents (Mitch Siegler, Wayne Harris, Todd Kirschen, Joel Smith, David Michan, Hollie Bierman, Michael Breslauer, Bob Lapidus, Herb Solomon, Jane Scher, Steve Solomon, and Judy Gumbiner) in challenging our community to dig deeper and elevate your giving to Hillel of San Diego to match our increased annual gifts and raise $175,000 by midnight, December 31st!

I’m confident Hillel is in the exceptional hands of our outstanding, creative, and engaged staff team led by Executive Director Karen Parry and an excellent board led by Mitch Siegler.

Please join me in supporting Hillel of San Diego by December 31st.

With Gratitude,
Emily
